Purchasing a Conference Number
You can buy a Conference number on the CONFERENCE page in your account. Follow the steps below:
1. Select the country you wish to purchase the conference number in.
2. If applicable select the state you wish to purchase a number in or skip this step if the choice is not available.
3. Select the city you wish to purchase a number in. You will see the monthly rental cost of this number on the right, this cost is in EUROs.

4. Press the BUY NOW button.
5. You will be transferred to our preferred payment partner PayPal, where you can pay using the following cards (MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, Delta, Electron, American Express, Maestro, Switch or Solo) or by your existing PayPal account.
6. Follow the instructions given to you by PayPal and you will be transferred back to our site when your payment has been completed.
TIP: You can purchase multiple Conference Numbers, which would allow people to call into the same room through multiple locations, EG: You could have one number in the UK and one number in the USA which both connect to the same conference room. This allows people in the UK to call in through a local UK landline and the people in the USA to phone in through a local USA landline.
TIP: Or you may want to have more than one conference call at a time in which case you need multiple numbers (think of your conference number like a conference room - only one meeting can be on at one time).
Once you have purchased your Conference Number you will need to set up a room with its own security PIN code. People calling into your conference will need to input this code on their keypad to join your conference.
1. In the section "Add Conference Room" enter a name for your room, EG: Marketing Team.
2. Now enter a PIN number for your room, this must be numbers only and at least 4 in length with no letters, symbols or spaces.
3. Click ADD. Your room will appear in your "Conference Rooms" list with the PIN code beside it in brackets.

TIP: You can add as many rooms as you like. This is a good way to give separate groups their own room with their own security pin. For example: Your marketing team call into the conference room with the PIN 1357 which is given out only to them. Your business team call in with the PIN 2468 which is given out only to them. This is a good way of making sure only the correct people are in each call.
TIP: You can change your PIN codes as often as you like, just click the orange EDIT link next to your room name in your Conference Room List.
Once you have added a room(s) you can turn them ON or OFF. Only one room can call into the conference number at a time.
1. Click on your Conference Number so it is highlighted orange, the room allowed to call will have the button selected (green dot in radio button).
2. Select the room you want to be able to call into your Conference Number. When people phone into your Conference Number they will need to input the PIN security code that is set up for that room (this is shown in brackets beside the Room name).

TIP: You can also turn off your conference number so that no-one can call into your conference number at all. You may want to do this when your company is on holiday for example. To turn off all your rooms just click the button next to "TURN YOUR CONFERENCE NUMBER OFF" at the top of your Conference Room List.

When you have a room set up with a security PIN code you are ready to go.
1. Give or send out the Conference Number and PIN to the people you want in your conference.
2. When they ring the conference number they are prompted to enter the PIN code on their keypad and then they are entered into the call.
3. They will be prompted to say their name and then press the # key (hash key/pound sign).
4. They will hear a message letting them know how many people are currently in the call.
5. When you have finished the call just hang up.
TIP: The cost of the conference will be deducted from your ConnectMeAnywhere credit. If you run out of credit while a call is in progress all participants will hear a message letting them know the call has been ended. You will need to top up your credit before you can make further calls.
TIP: You will be charged 5 euro cents per minute for each person in the call. Who-ever rings your Conference Number pays to connect to the local landline number, this cost is dependant upon their provider and is not charged by ConnectMeAnywhere.
