Changing Your Account Details

You can change your account details on your profile page in your account.

Changing Your Password:

1. Enter a new password in the field "New Password"

2. Re-enter this same new password in the field "Confirm Password".

3. Click the "Save Changes" button.

Changing Your Email Address:

1. Replace your old email with your new email in the field "Email Address"

2. Re-enter this same new email in the field "Confirm Email".

3. Click the "Save Changes" button.

Changing Your Country:

1. Select your new country from the drop-down menu.

2. This will re-set your country dialling code to your new country.

3. This will re-set all your Calling Numbers to a local number in your new country.

4. Click the "Save Changes" button.

Changing Your Registered Phone Number:

1. Enter your new phone number in the "Your Phone Number" box.

2. Click the "Save Changes" button.

Changing Your Additional Phone Numbers:

1. Click the tab "Your Phones" from the top green bar.

2. Select the checkbox next to the phone you want to change.

3. Click the "Edit" button.

4. The phone details will appear on the right, make changes and click the SAVE button.

Hint: You can not change your Username - this is tied to your account.
